Hayley has extra qualifications in antenatal training to ensure your safety and comfort during sessions.
You can train in person in London with Hayley, she works from two private PT Studios across South London (where babies are welcome). Or you can book online in-person PT sessions from the comfort of your home.
Hayley has six years experience exclusively training women & she would like nothing more than to support you on your pregnancy journey and beyond.
